A graduate of ESSEC, Martine Benoist has a wide experience in French real estate and for the past seven years, she has made Paris and Île-de-France her area of real estate expertise. Passionate about the material and human stories with which this incredible region is built, she had always sought to hunt out hidden gems and transform places.
Her mantra is to listen carefully to clients, guide them through the buying process and helping them identify what they hope for in their perfect property.Enriched by previous responsibilities in a variety of other sectors, Martine has always worked to serve the needs of her contacts. At Air France, she worked in communications, finance, and market research, and then in Customer Relations Management. Following this, she set up an art gallery based on digital technology and exhibitions, before working on growing global distribution networks in the fashion industry. Dynamic, responsive, persistent, and reliable, Martine is always available to find the best diamonds in the rough.
From Rome, Italy, Patrizia Righetti has lived and worked in Paris for many years. She a wealth of experience and expertise in the fields of real estate (property research and management), executive training, translation, interpreting and publishing. Her expertise in property is the cornerstone of her multicultural profile.
She joined the Esplanade Immobilier in 2019, where she oversees international publishing as well as property acquisition in France. Her adaptability, open-mindedness, attention to detail, and empathy for others are what makes her a true natural at matching buyers with their dream properties. Her personal interests include travel, literature, and gastronomy.
Project management and success stories have no secrets for François. Pragmatic, ready to listen, determined and agile, François has an innate gift for leading complex assignments to fruition and bringing innovative ideas to life.
François Sorin has spent most of his career in media, working first as a senior engineer and then Executive at the prestigious France Télévisions. Passionate about property and interior design, it was only natural for this excellent Project Manager to reinvent himself in the real estate sector. Painting, art, music, and sport are among François’ interests.
Dual French and British citizen, Yves Romestan is the founder and CEO of the international agency YRSA Communications and YRSA Property that he recently created with a multicultural team of experts and high potentials.
He is a strategic advisor to different companies in various sectors. He is also Professor of Economics at the European Institute of Business and Director of a small number of promising start-ups. He has held key roles for large multinational corporations such as Total, Lafarge, Banques Populaires Group, CEA, Bouygues and Brandt. Yves has been a key figure in corporate restructures, acquisition programmes, brand strategies and geographical expansions in several industries for many years. He recently returned to France to create and develop companies.
